The change leaders here mean the visionary, devoted and leading movers whom have proved as change agents and have successfully achieved local or national level achievements.

It also include the change agents who are helping an organization or the society in transformation, improvement, and development working with a future focused vision.  The examples of such change leaders include: Quad e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Liaqat Ali Khan, Abdul Sattar Edhi Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan and Malala Yousafzai.
