The generic Terms of Reference (ToRs) for applicant Global Teachers (the Educator), will be as below: The Global Teacher will communicate his true profile and proposal for review by the Polyversity International.

The Global Teacher will abide by the principles, protocols and procedures of Polyversity International;

• permission to launch the course;
• permission to launch the course.
• confirmation that course material is not controversial and laws of intellectual copy right are not broken.

• The Global Teacher will opt whether the course is offered
• free for all, free for some period, free of its some parts or any other arrangements
• Paid in full or partial
• In general, the Global Teacher will get 30%-40% of the charged fee if the course is fully prepared and developed by him/her.
• From the other amount 50%, Polyversity International will donate 10% for social and developmental actions, 10-15% to marketing officers in the field, cost of advertisement, course materials and administrative activities, in addition to tax on its share, leaving behind profit margin very negligible.
• If the Global Teacher will get technical support from Polyversity International staff; the cost of services will be adjusted in the formula accordingly while making formal agreement.
• The share of the Global Teachers will be paid after every semester (or on regular intervals) in their authorized bank accounts.
• For ensuring transparency, the accounting will be displayed on the website by creating a dedicated page (dashboard) for each Global Teacher.
• Once the digital system is fully developed and functional, the Global Teacher will be able to see his/her accounts anytime.
